DARE MAKER STUDIO S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 2, Șos. Ștefan cel Mare, no. 60, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/15377/2021, VAT/Tax ID RO44860058 (the "Company", "we"), is the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") for the data collected through the website urmadesignstudio.com (the "Site").

Through the contact form available on the Site, we collect the following categories of personal data, provided directly by you:

  • First name and last name;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number (optional);
  • The content of the message submitted.

The data collected through the contact form is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your requests, contacting you regarding the message submitted, and, where applicable, discussing a potential collaboration regarding the architectural services offered by the Company.

The processing of data provided through the contact form is carried out on the basis of your consent, expressed by ticking the corresponding checkbox when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), as well as, where applicable, on the basis of the Company's legitimate interest in responding to requests received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is processed directly by the Company and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The Company does not use external providers (such as CRM systems, marketing platforms, or other third-party processors) to manage this data; the contact form is administered internally, and messages are received directly by the Company.


6. Location of data storage

The Site is hosted on servers located within the European Union. The data collected is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.


7. Retention period

Data collected through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to resolve your request and, subsequently, for a reasonable period necessary for archiving purposes or the defence of rights, but no longer than necessary in relation to the purposes stated above, unless the law requires a different retention period.
