The proposal outlines a scenographic journey inspired by the traditional Romanian household, reinterpreted in a contemporary manner to bring visitors closer to the authentic relationship between people and nature. The entire resort is organized through an alternation of built and open-air spaces, evoking the natural rhythm of the traditional homestead while offering a gradual experience of discovering the surrounding landscape.
The resort consists of two premium chalets, each accommodating three guest rooms, three standard chalets with four guest rooms each, and three individual chalets, providing a total accommodation capacity of up to 42 guests. The design concept focuses on achieving a harmonious integration within the natural setting and fostering a close connection between visitors and the environment.
The ground-floor accommodation units are partially embedded into the terrain, positioning the guest’s eye level close to the surrounding vegetation and landscape. This creates an intimate experience and a strong sense of immersion in nature. In contrast, the upper-level rooms frame expansive views towards the rolling hills beyond, taking full advantage of the beauty of the surrounding scenery.
The resort has been conceived to provide a complete and distinctive experience, combining spaces for relaxation, recreation, and social interaction. It includes a restaurant, a spa and swimming pool area, as well as a multifunctional day lounge designed to host meetings, private events, celebrations, workshops, and team-building activities.
